Every rug is rolled, protected and shipped with a tracking number. Shipping costs are confirmed in your inbox before any payment.

Preparation & dispatch
As soon as your transfer arrives, your rug is prepared and shipped within 2 business days. It is rolled (never folded), wrapped in a protective cover and a reinforced box. You receive the tracking number in your inbox.
Customs duties & taxes
Our rugs ship from Morocco. On arrival, depending on your country, customs duties, import VAT and carrier clearance fees may be charged. They are not included in our prices and are payable by you. Write to us for an estimate before ordering.
Right of withdrawal & returns
If you live in the European Union, you have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving a reason. Let us know in your inbox; the rug must be sent back in its original condition within 14 days of your request. Return shipping is at your expense. The refund, by bank transfer, is made within 14 days of receiving the return.
Damaged parcel
If the packaging is damaged on delivery, note it with the carrier and send us photos in your inbox within 48 hours: we will find a solution with you.
